Day 2 – Release & Reboot

   •    Practice:
   •    5-min standing shake + free movement
   •    10-min flow yoga (sun salutation, warriors)
   •    Breathwork: inhale strength / exhale pressure
   •    Write down 3 things you’re letting go of
